nAs ALYF continues to scale, we’re looking for a senior professional to lead our Legal & CRM functions.

n

nThis is a cross-functional leadership role requiring someone who understands both the legal complexities of real estate transactions and the importance of delivering a seamless customer experience.

n

nKey responsibilities:

n• Lead legal documentation, agreements, compliance and transaction closures

n• Oversee CRM from booking through collections, documentation and handover

n• Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution

n• Coordinate closely with Sales, Finance, Projects and external legal partners

n• Build robust processes and systems across Legal & CRM

n• Ensure solid governance while keeping customer experience at the centre

n

nWe’re looking for someone with 8–12+ years of experience, preferably within real estate, who is commercially sharp, process-driven and comfortable taking complete ownership.
