Legal Executive / Legal Associate Empower legal strategy and make a meaningful impact within a global organization. As a Legal Executive / Legal Associate, you will support NES Fircrofts Global Supplier Process Operations function by managing contract lifecycles, coordinating approvals, maintaining compliance standards, and facilitating effective vendor onboarding processes. Working closely with stakeholders across Legal, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Procurement, you will play a key role in ensuring strong governance, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

What Youll Be Doing

- End-to-End Contract Management: Draft, review, negotiate, execute, and implement a variety of agreements, including Vendor Service Agreements, SaaS agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), and other vendor onboarding-related legal documents.
- Vendor Onboarding Support: Support internal teams throughout the negotiation, execution, and completion of vendor onboarding documentation while coordinating legal aspects of due diligence activities.
- Approval Coordination: Track contract approvals across all stages and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely renewal, termination, and execution of vendor agreements.
- Contract Records Management: Maintain and manage vendor contract repositories within internal records management systems and databases in collaboration with the Records Management Team.
- Compliance Oversight: Support vendor due diligence processes, assist with risk mitigation activities, and ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and governance standards.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Stay informed on relevant legal and regulatory developments and support implementation of compliance requirements throughout the organization.
- Legal Advisory Support: Provide guidance on statutory requirements, labor laws, and other applicable Indian legal and regulatory matters.
- ESG & Regulatory Reporting: Prepare regulatory taxonomy and compliance reports to ensure office and residential lease agreements align with ESG and sustainability requirements.
- Internal Query Resolution: Respond to and resolve legal and operational queries relating to vendor onboarding processes from internal stakeholders.
- Management Support: Provide operational and administrative support to the Assistant Legal Manager and General Manager - Legal,



including compiling information, preparing reports, and supporting the smooth operation of the Global Vendor Management Program.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance governance, streamline workflows, and improve contract and supplier management processes.

What Were Looking For

- Educational Qualification: Law degree from a recognized university or law school.
- Work Experience: Candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates may be considered for the Legal Executive position, while the Legal Associate role typically requires a minimum of 2 years of in-house corporate legal experience.
- Contract Management Knowledge: Familiarity with drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial agreements and legal documentation.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Communication Skills:



Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across various stakeholder groups.
- Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional and global teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with familiarity with SharePoint, Smartsheet, or document management systems considered advantageous.
- Time Management: Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Professional Integrity: High levels of professionalism, discretion, integrity, and consistency in communication.
