Job Title: Legal Corporate & Commercial with Law Firm Experience

Experience: 8-12 Years

Location: Gurugram

Education: LLB / LLM

We are looking for an experienced Legal & Corporate professional with robust law firm experience in corporate and commercial matters. The ideal candidate should have experience advising corporate clients and handling business-oriented legal matters, rather than being primarily focused on criminal litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle corporate and commercial legal matters for business clients.
- Advise on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;), corporate transactions and restructuring.
- Conduct legal due diligence and identify contractual and regulatory risks.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, MoUs, NDAs, leases and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advisory on Companies Act, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, internal stakeholders and external counsels.
- Manage and advise on commercial disputes, arbitration and litigation where required.




- Conduct legal research and provide practical, business-oriented legal opinions.

Preferred Candidate:

- 8-12 years of legal experience.

- Experience in corporate advisory and commercial contracts.
- LLB/LLM qualification.
- Strong communication, drafting and client-management skills.
