Job Opening: Learning & Development (L&D;) Executive
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 year (Freshers with a hospitality background or willingness to work in the hospitality industry can also apply).
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit Outlets and conduct on-floor training for employees.
- Monitor employee performance and training effectiveness.
- Support employee skill development and service standards.
Requirements:
- Willingness to work on the floor.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
