? What You'll Do• Own the end-to-end learner success experience for a portfolio of learners
- Build robust 1:1 relationships and act as an accountability partner
- Conduct learner onboarding and orientation
- Track learner progress, engagement, and milestones
- Identify disengaged or at-risk learners and drive re-engagement
- Coach learners through motivation, consistency, and learning challenges
- Connect learning progress with career outcomes
- Collaborate with academic, support, and operations teams to resolve learner blockers
⭐ Preferred ExperienceCandidates with Programme Management experience at Emeritus and/or Great Learning will be preferred.
We’re looking for someone who combines empathy with accountability, is highly proactive, and genuinely enjoys helping learners succeed.
