Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer Lead to lead the design team and drive the end-to-end design process across web and mobile projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UI/UX, excellent design thinking, and the ability to lead designers while collaborating closely with project, development, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the UI/UX design team and manage multiple client projects.

- Understand client requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.

- Create and review wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

- Ensure consistency, usability, responsiveness, and quality across projects.

- Mentor designers and provide design feedback and direction.

- Collaborate with clients, developers, project managers, and other teams.

- Present designs to clients and handle design-related discussions.





- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.

- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and design workflows.

- Explore and implement AI-powered design solutions, including AI-driven UX patterns, personalization, automation, and intelligent user experiences.

- Stay updated with emerging AI tools, design technologies, and industry trends, and identify opportunities to integrate them into client projects.

Requirements

- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in a service-based

- Strong portfolio showcasing web, mobile, and SaaS/product designs.

- Excellent knowledge of Figma, UX principles, design systems, and responsive design.

- Proven experience in leading/mentoring a design team.

- Robust communication, client-handling, and problem-solving skills.
