Wissen Technology is hiring a seasoned Talent Acquisition Lead to drive strategic hiring initiatives, manage complex technical recruitment, and contribute to employer branding and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities -

- Lead and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business hiring goals.
- Manage and mentor recruitment teams, ensuring delivery against hiring targets and KPIs.
- Partner with senior business leaders and hiring managers to drive workforce planning and hiring decisions.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for leadership, niche, and high-volume roles.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels and employer branding initiatives.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance rate, and recruiter productivity.
- Manage recruitment vendors, search firms, and external hiring partners.
- Drive process improvements, ATS optimization, and recruitment best practices.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, employment regulations,



and diversity hiring objectives.
- Manage recruitment budgets, resource allocation, and overall talent acquisition effectiveness.

Requirements :
- 1518 years of IT recruitment experience with strong critical IT roles.
- Deep understanding of technology roles, skills, and market trends
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, and team management capabilities
- Ability to handle strong critical & niche roles.
- Solid capability in identifying and attracting niche and leadership candidates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Good To Have Skills:
- Exposure to recruitment metrics, reporting, and analytics.
