About the Role: As an Operational Excellence Analyst, youll play a key role in identifying improvement opportunities, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting transformation initiatives across the business. Youll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, leverage automation and AI-driven solutions, and help shape a culture of continuous improvement. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine business analysis, process excellence, data analytics, and project delivery within one of the worlds leading reinsurance organizations.

Responsibilities

- Process Improvement &
- Operational Excellence: Conduct process assessments and operational reviews
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Facilitate process mapping, SIPOCs, and workflow analysis
- Apply Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving techniques
- Drive standardization and best practice adoption across teams
- Support operational excellence training and capability building initiatives.

- Data Analytics &

- Reporting: Analyze operational performance data and business metrics
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and management reports
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data insights
- Create executive-level presentations and business reports




- Support data-driven business cases and benefits realization tracking.

- Transformation &

- Project Delivery: Support improvement projects from planning through implementation
- Coordinate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and governance reviews
- Track project progress, risks, actions, and outcomes
- Help deliver automation and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.

- Continuous Improvement Culture: Promote innovation and operational excellence across teams

- Develop SOPs, process documentation, and training materials
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement forums.

Requirements

- Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in: Operational Excellence, Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Business Analysis, Process Improvement Initiatives

- Skills &
- Expertise: Strong understanding of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities;

Experience conducting process reviews and operational assessments

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

- Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas)

- PowerPoint and executive reporting
- Process documentation and SOP creation
- Data analysis and business reporting
- Power BI (preferred)

- Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (minimum expectation)

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred)

- Domain knowledge: Basic understanding of the Reinsurance lifecycle including Placing, Billing, Claims, Pro Rata, and A&S; processes
