We are looking for a smart, entrepreneurial and high-energy recruitment professional to be based at our client site in Talegoan , working closely with one of India’s leading automotive / automotive components manufacturing companies .
This is not a traditional recruitment role .
You will be the face of Live Connections at the client site — understanding the business, anticipating talent requirements, managing stakeholders and ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly.
What you will do
- Work 4+ days a week on-site with the client.
- Understand manufacturing, automotive and site-engineering requirements.
- Must be very data and process driven
- Act as the bridge between the client stakeholders and the Live Connections delivery team.
- Own the recruitment process and ensure the right processes and workflows are followed.
- Work with a dedicated sourcing team to identify and shortlist relevant talent.
- Personally understand the critical requirements and present the right profiles to the client.
- Build strong, strategic relationships with client stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process and grow the engagement.

- Understands or can quickly learn manufacturing / automotive hiring .
- Is comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
- Has a “fire in the belly” and enjoys solving problems.
- Thinks beyond a and understands the client's business.
- Has an entrepreneurial mindset — see a problem, own it and solve it.
- Doesn't necessarily have 10–15 years of experience. We care more about capability, attitude and hunger than years on the CV.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond being a recruiter and become a Location: Talegoan Work model: On-site, minimum 4 days a week
