: Lead IT Project Manager / Hands-On AI Solutions Delivery

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly technical, execution-focused Lead IT Project Manager with 12

to 14 years of IT experience to spearhead the delivery of next-generation, AI-driven products.

This is not a traditional coordination role. You will bridge the gap between architectural vision and delivery, operating as a hands-on leader who can architect scalable solutions and independently drive initiatives from initial concept to production. The ideal candidate treats software development as a craft, possesses extensive experience building production-grade SaaS applications and robust APIs, and brings practical expertise in Agentic AI systems, Large Language Models (LLMs), and RAG frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Project Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex

SaaS platforms and API ecosystems, balancing technical roadmap planning, dependency mapping, and risk mitigation.
- Architecture & Scalability: Partner with engineering teams to design and review

highly scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures and database schemas.
- Hands-on Execution: Actively lean into the codebase when necessary to

unblock teams, build prototypes, or validate integrations using Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- AI & Agentic Systems Integration: Oversee the development and deployment of

advanced AI features, managing the integration of LLMs, agent architectures, tool/function calling capabilities, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

systems.

- Cloud & DevOps Governance: Guide infrastructure deployments on AWS and

other cloud environments,



ensuring modern DevOps practices, cost efficiency, and top-tier security compliance.
- Idea-to-Prod Ownership: Empower teams to take features autonomously from

abstract ideas through scoping, development, automated testing, and seamless production release.

Required Experience and Qualifications

- Total Experience: 12 to 14 years of proven experience in the IT industry, with a

strong background in software engineering, technical architecture, or technical project management.
- SaaS & API Expertise: A proven track record of shipping and maintaining live,

high-traffic SaaS products and production APIs.
- AI & LLM Proficiency: Direct, practical experience working with generative AI

application patterns, including prompt engineering, vector databases, function calling, and multi-agent workflows.
- Tooling & Infrastructure: Proficient with foundational contemporary tools—Git for

version control, Docker for containerisation, automated CI/CD pipelines, and hosting architectures within AWS/Cloud ecosystems.
- Systems Core Knowledge: Solid understanding of relational and non-relational

databases, network security protocols, caching strategies, and performance optimisation.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience managing frequently changing client requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (mandatory)
- Experience working on healthcare domain projects (

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
