Job Title: Lead - Project Planning & Control

Role Purpose The role of Project Planning & Control is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of AdaniConneXs strategic initiatives to establish 2 GW of data center capacity by 2030. This position is responsible for driving the planning, budgeting, monitoring, and governance of critical infrastructure and data center projects. The role aligns with AdaniConneX’s mission to transform India into a global data center hub by delivering scalable, resilient, and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for large-scale data center infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with AdaniConneX’s strategic goals.
- Oversee critical project activity planning, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor and govern project progress through detailed reviews of schedules, budgets, and milestones, ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge and sustainable practices into project execution, reflecting AdaniConneX’s core values.
- Utilize advanced project management tools and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Chief Project Officer, highlighting key project metrics, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with project objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project performance data and implementing best practices.
- Ensure seamless coordination with contractors, vendors,



and internal teams to meet project deliverables.
- Support the development of scalable and resilient project frameworks that align with AdaniConneX’s vision of being a trusted digital infrastructure partner.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 8-15 years of experience in project management, planning, budgeting, and governance, with a focus on infrastructure and data center projects.
- Proven expertise in critical project activity planning, review, and monitoring of schedules and budgets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex projects within the infrastructure or data center domain.

Educational Background

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Project Management or Business Administration (preferred).

Years & Type of Experience

- 8+ years of experience in project planning and control, with a strong focus on infrastructure and data center projects.
- Extensive experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

Domain Expertise

- In-depth knowledge of infrastructure and data center project planning and execution.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in project management and governance.
- Expertise in risk management, resource allocation, and performance monitoring for large-scale projects.

Digital & Operational Tools

- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Experience with data analytics platforms for project performance tracking and reporting.
- Familiarity with digital transformation tools and technologies relevant to infrastructure and data center projects.
