Lead Psychologist

Location: India / Remote

Engagement: Project-based / Full-time / Part-time, depending on suitability A recent start up based in Thiruvananthauram is looking for a dynamic and research-oriented Psychologist / Counselling Psychologist to join project currently under development.

The role will involve leading and coordinating the development of a relationship assessment framework, including research, question development, scenario creation, regional/cultural adaptation and content validation etc.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

- A degree/postgraduate qualification in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Behavioural Science, Sociology or a related discipline.
- Good understanding about youngsters attitudes and behaviors.
- Strong research, analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and spoken English.




- Strong project-management and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with and coordinate researchers, interns and subject-matter contributors.
- Familiarity with digital tools, online research and AI-assisted tools would be an advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion is essential.
- A highly organised, independent and proactive working style.
