Role & responsibilities :-

- Take overall responsibility for end-to-end execution of the project.
- Lead the complete site team and coordinate with Civil, MEP, QA/QC, Planning, Safety, Procurement and commercial teams.
- Monitor day-to-day construction activities and ensure progress is aligned with the approved project schedule.
- Prepare, review and monitor project execution plans, construction schedules and milestones.
- Ensure timely mobilization and effective utilization of manpower, materials, machinery and other resources.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs and construction methodologies and coordinate for timely resolution of technical issues.
- Monitor the performance of contractors and subcontractors and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Ensure proper execution of civil, structural, finishing and MEP works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with approved quality control plans, checklists and inspection procedures.
- Ensure implementation of all required site safety practices and statutory requirements.
- Identify project delays, technical issues and execution bottlenecks and take corrective/recovery actions.
- Monitor project costs, material consumption and resource utilization in coordination with the commercial and procurement teams.




- Conduct regular site review meetings and submit project progress reports/MIS to senior management.
- Ensure proper coordination between design, procurement and execution teams to avoid delays and rework.
- Maintain strong coordination with local contractors, vendors and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor finishing activities, snag rectification, testing, commissioning and project handover.
- Ensure proper project documentation, as-built drawings, completion records and handover documents.
- Lead, motivate and develop the site/project team to achieve project objectives.
- Represent the company at the project site and ensure smooth coordination with all external stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile :-

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory/preferred.
- Solid experience in residential construction projects.
- Should have independently handled large residential project sites from planning through execution and completion.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, structural works, finishing, MEP coordination and project execution.
- Experience in managing contractors, consultants, vendors and large site teams.
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, quality, cost and resource management.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates currently working as Project Head, Project Lead, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, GM Projects, AGM Projects or equivalent may be considered.
- Willingness to work at Lodhipur, Uttar Pradesh is essential.
