Job Summary

Bajaj Finserv is looking for an experienced Lead Product Designer to drive end-to-end product design for high-traffic B2C digital products across web and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in Product Design, UX, UI, design systems, user research, prototyping, and usability testing, along with the ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and Research teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end product design process from user research and problem definition to wireframes, prototypes and final UI.
- Design intuitive and scalable experiences for high-traffic B2C web and mobile products.
- Conduct user research, usability testing and competitive analysis.
- Translate customer and business requirements into effective product experiences.
- Create and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components and interaction patterns.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers and Business stakeholders.
- Use product analytics, user feedback and research insights to improve existing experiences.
- Present design concepts and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency across different digital products and customer journeys.
- Contribute to design strategy, product thinking and UX standards across the organization.

Candidate Requirements
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in UX/Product Design.
- Strong hands-on experience in Product Design, rather than UI/UX visual design alone.
- Experience working on B2C digital products with significant user traffic.
- BDes/MDes or equivalent design education preferred.
- Candidates from IIT, NIT,



NIFT or other reputed design institutions will be preferred.
- Experience with a strong B2C product organization is preferred.
- Candidate must currently be based in Pune or Mumbai.
- Must be willing to work from the Pune office 5 days a week + alternate Saturdays.
- Must be available for face-to-face interviews in Pune.
- Maximum notice period: 30 days.
- Age requirement: 30–34 years.

What You'll Work On

You will work on customer-facing digital products where design decisions need to balance customer experience, usability, business objectives and technical feasibility.

The role involves working across the complete product design lifecycle, from identifying user problems through research and discovery to designing, testing and continuously improving the final experience.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
