Position Title: Lead Learning & Development (L&D;)

Reports to: BU HR Head
Job Objective
- Lead the design, delivery, and administration of training and development programs to meet employee needs.
- Plan annual training initiatives and calendars in consultation with senior management.
- Implement talent management programs to attract, measure, develop, and manage the organizations talent pool.
- Drive onboarding, talent reviews, and workforce engagement strategies in collaboration with HR and Operations leadership.
Primary Responsibilities Strategic & Planning
- Plan talent development initiatives and manpower budgeting.
- Prepare annual training and engagement calendars, and conduct talent reviews with HODs.
Functional Core
- Assess training needs through IDPs and manager consultations.
- Design, develop, and deliver training programmes for associates across functions.
- Arrange function-specific training sessions and manage course materials (handouts, online modules, etc.).
- Monitor, evaluate, and record training activities to measure effectiveness.
- Evaluate facilitators and ensure effective delivery of training.
- Prepare and monitor training budgets and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Identify key and critical talent positions and facilitate PAC processes.
- Develop and maintain IDPs for high performers.
- Support talent acquisition processes and HR operations.
- Manage performance improvement plans (PIP) and ensure accuracy in PMS data (increments, promotions, AVP).
- Ensure compliance with HR audits.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities (townhalls, sports, events, forums).
- Publish bulletins, flyers, and cascade corporate initiatives to plant level.
Internal Processes
- Oversee capability development and execution of the L&D; cycle using online tools.
- Manage talent pool development through the talent management cycle.
- Ensure timely execution of PMS cycle and hiring processes.
- Submit monthly HR reports.

Competencies Required
- Strong knowledge of L&D; processes and programme design.
- Knowledge of Organizational Development and Talent Management.

- Technical expertise in CAD tools and HR systems.
Educational & Experience Requirements
- Minimum: Graduate with 8-10 years of experience in HR/L&D.;
- Desired: MBA HR / MPM with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
