Summary

UST is looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Lead Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS, Java, and Spring Boot along with exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of modern enterprise applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive innovation by leveraging AI-powered solutions to deliver business value.

The Opportunity

As a Full Stack Lead Developer, you will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance web applications while providing technical leadership across frontend, backend, and AI-enabled solution development. You will work closely with architects, product owners, and engineering teams to design and implement next-generation digital solutions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications using ReactJS, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Architect and develop scalable frontend solutions with ReactJS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Design and implement backend microservices and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing strategies, and adherence to engineering best practices.
- Drive performance optimization, scalability, security, and maintainability across applications.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Integrate AI-powered capabilities into applications,



including Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions.
- Participate in architectural discussions and technology evaluations to drive innovation.
- Support Agile delivery processes, sprint planning, estimations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you need:

Experience:

- 8 years of experience in software development with expertise in full-stack application development.
- Proven experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise-grade applications.
- Hands-on experience in modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Technical Requirements:

- Strong expertise in ReactJS for frontend development.
- Extensive experience with Java and Spring Boot for backend and microservices development.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
- Knowledge of application security, scalability, and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience integrating frontend applications with backend services and APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud-native application development and modern development practices.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
