The Opportunity UST is looking for Team Leader; you will play a critical role in delivering a robust control environment and supporting Investment Teams to ensure effective pre- and post-trade mandate restriction monitoring all within challenging deadlines.

You will provide subject matter expertise, particularly in the oversight and delivery of complex queries and tasks, and handling ad-hoc requests.

We are looking for someone who likes working as part of a team, is comfortable with a fast-paced operations workplace and has a strong attention to detail.

Required Skills Key Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, enhance and support applications using Azure, SQL and related technologies.
- Perform data querying, analysis, mapping and transformation, and present data using appropriate tools.
- Investigate and resolve production issues in collaboration with GTIS and application teams.
- Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile delivery, including requirement gathering, feature definition, user story creation and delivery planning.
- Use DevOps and engineering tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira and GitHub.




- Apply AI-assisted development tools and techniques where appropriate to improve the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through retrospectives, feedback and knowledge sharing

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on Azure development experience.
- Strong SQL development and data querying skills.
- Experience with data querying, data mapping, transformation and analysis.
- Ability to troubleshoot and support production issues.
- Experience working within Agile software delivery environments.
- Experience using ADO and/or Jira and GitHub.
- Ability to gather technical requirements and break them into features and user stories.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable engaging directly with both business and technology stakeholders.

Desirable Skills

- C# / .NET development experience.
- Working knowledge of one or more of:

- Trade Lifecycle

- OTC Derivatives

- Middle Office Operations

- Financial Regulatory Reporting
- Experience using AI development tools to improve coding, testing, documentation, analysis or other parts of the development lifecycle.
