Key Responsibilities

- Engage with U.S./UK prospects through outbound calls and professional communication.
- Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions.
- Upsell products and services while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain excellent product and industry knowledge.
- Manage your sales pipeline and daily activities effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business goals.

What We're Looking For

- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in outbound calling and inside sales.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated,



energetic, and target-driven.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
- Creative thinking with sound decision-making skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Effective team player with a proactive attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency.

Job Details

? Location: Andheri (Sakinaka), Mumbai

?️ Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)

? Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM after training Shift time-6.30pm to 3.30pm
