Office: C-2, Room 703, 7th Floor

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Employment: Full-time

Salary: ₹6,500 – ₹15,000 per month

ABOUT THE ROLE The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining a qualified B2B prospect pipeline for ORIGENNT across its consulting, digital, HR and business-service divisions.

This role will own lead-generation activities across multiple platforms and work closely with the Business Development team to convert researched prospects into qualified opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Research and identify relevant B2B companies and decision-makers
- Build targeted prospect lists across multiple industries
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, calls and other platforms
- Identify founders, CXOs, HR heads and other relevant decision-makers
- Qualify prospects based on company profile, requirement and potential fit
- Maintain accurate lead databases and CRM records
- Track outreach, responses, follow-ups and qualified leads
- Coordinate qualified opportunities with the BDE team
- Support campaign-based lead-generation activities
- Research new industries, companies and market segments
- Maintain daily and weekly lead-generation reports
- Continuously improve prospecting and research processes

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or related fields
- Strong internet research and data-mining skills
- Good understanding of B2B prospecting
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and digital platforms
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working with targets and daily activity metrics
- Freshers may apply
- Prior lead-generation or B2B sales experience is an advantage
