We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify potential B2B clients, generate qualified leads, and support our Business Development team in building a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, Google, databases, and other platforms
- Identify key decision-makers and build accurate lead databases
- Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels
- Qualify leads based on business requirements and potential fit
- Follow up with prospects and maintain lead status
- Coordinate with the Business Development team and share qualified leads
- Maintain lead information and follow-up activities using CRM/Excel/Google Sheets
- Achieve assigned lead generation and outreach targets
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- 0-2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, online research, and lead generation tools
- Good written and verbal English communication
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools
- Robust research, follow-up, and organizational skills
- Freshers with good communication and research skills can also apply
