Lead Generation & Sales Expert

About the Role :

We are looking for a Lead Generation & Sales Expert with strong experience in B2B lead generation, sales, client acquisition, and business development.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in selling IT services, software solutions, CRM/ERP systems, automation, and technology consulting to B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategies to generate new IT sales opportunities.
- Identify prospective clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, Upwork, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client business requirements.
- Present Helios Tech Labs' services and technology solutions to potential clients.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and SOWs.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Develop existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.




- Coordinate with technical teams to prepare accurate solutions and estimates.
- Maintain CRM data, sales reports, forecasts, and chance updates.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements :

- 2–4+ years of experience in Lead Generation, B2B Sales, Business Development, or IT Sales.
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation and client acquisition.
- Experience selling IT services, SaaS, CRM, ERP, software development, or automation solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, cold calling, and other B2B lead-generation channels.
- Good understanding of CRM, sales pipelines, lead qualification, and follow-up management.
- Experience with international clients will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on lead conversion, sales, and revenue growth.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
