Lead Engineer

Job requirements

Experience Range:

With at least 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Python fullstack engineering, including significant work with microservices architecture

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop scalable microservices-based applications using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI

- Implement and maintain robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support seamless frontend and backend integration

- Lead end-to-end development of fullstack solutions, leveraging React (with Context and Redux) for dynamic user interfaces

- Configure and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable automated and reliable deployments

- Manage containerization using Docker and orchestrate services with Kubernetes to ensure scalability and reliability

- Integrate and optimize database solutions including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis for high-performance data management

- Conduct comprehensive unit and integration testing using PyTest to ensure code quality and stability

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features, resolve technical challenges, and drive continuous improvement

Required Skills:

- Expert-level Python programming with microservices architecture

- Extensive experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI





- Proven expertise in REST API and GraphQL development

- Advanced skills in React, including React Context and Redux

- Experience with CI/CD pipeline configuration and management

- In-depth knowledge of Docker containerization

- Robust understanding of Kubernetes orchestration

- Database proficiency with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis

- Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive tests using PyTest

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with advanced API security and authentication mechanisms

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

- Expertise in performance tuning and monitoring of microservices

- Experience with automated code quality tools and static analysis

- Contribution to open-source projects or technical communities

- Proficient in CSS, SCSS, and LESS for frontend styling

Desired Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline

- Certification in Python development or web frameworks (such as Django or Flask)

- Certification in cloud computing or DevOps practices (such as AWS Certified Developer or Kubernetes Administrator)
