Ohana Infratech is looking for a talented and responsible Lead Designer to join our new design team and work on premium projects across Delhi NCR.

? Rooftop Restaurants

? Turnkey Design & Execution

? YOUR ROLEYou will be responsible for:

- Understanding client requirements
- Site visits & site analysis
- Concept & design development
- AutoCAD 2D drawings
- SketchUp / 3D modelling
- Realistic rendering & presentations
- Working & execution drawings
- Material selection & specifications
- BOQ & quantity support
- Client design presentations
- Coordination with Project Manager & Site Team
- Design quality control
- Guiding Junior Designers

? REQUIRED SKILLSMust Have:

✔️ AutoCAD

✔️ SketchUp / 3D

✔️ Good design sense

✔️ Working drawing knowledge

✔️ Material knowledge





✔️ Understanding of construction & execution

Preferred:

Enscape / V-Ray / Lumion / D5 / Photoshop

? SALARY₹30,000 – ₹40,000 / Month

Final compensation will depend on experience, skills and portfolio.
