We are the DeployCo team at Tredence, focused on deploying accelerator-driven AI/ML solutions at scale for our clients. Our mission is to bridge the gap between cutting-edge innovation and measurable business impact by customizing and productionizing accelerators across industries.
The Role
We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist to join our DeployCo team. In this role, you will lead the design, customization, and deployment of accelerator-driven solutions with a strong emphasis on AI and Generative AI. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, drive innovation, and ensure scalable delivery of advanced data science solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of accelerator-driven AI/ML solutions, from design to deployment.
- Customize accelerators to meet client-specific needs, focusing on AI and GenAI aspects.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists (Levels 1 and 2) to ensure high-quality output.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy solutions at scale.
- Identify opportunities to enhance accelerators and implement improvements.
- Communicate complex AI concepts effectively to business stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Excellent coding skills in Python, C++, Julia, or Go.
- Deep expertise in one or more areas: Classical Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Generative AI.
- Proven track record of model deployment, productionization, and MLOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in Mathematics and Statistics.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in an AI-based services organization.
- Experience deploying LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, or fine-tuned models.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education and Experience
- BE/B.Tech/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
- 812 years of experience in Data Science/AI/ML, with hands-on deployment expertise.
