Job Overview The Lead Controller - Financial Reporting, Close and Audit serves as the primary accounting lead for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. The role coordinates and reviews the financial close, prepares consolidated financial information, oversees audit support, ensures accounting work is complete and accurate, resolves accounting issues, and communicates with the CFO, accounting personnel, and external auditors.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Own and administer the financial close calendar coordinate close activities across entities and business units review journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and consolidations prepare and review financial statements support SEC filings and XBRL tie-outs research technical accounting matters coordinate annual audits and quarterly reviews manage auditor requests maintain financial controls and reporting documentation supervise accounting resources identify and resolve accounting and control issues. - Bachelors degree in Accounting or closely related field is required. CPA, Chartered Accountant, ACCA, or comparable professional accounting designation is required. The role requires at least 10 years of progressive accounting and financial-reporting experience, including experience with U.S.



public-company reporting, U.S. GAAP, consolidated financial statements, SEC Forms 10-Q and 10-K, and PCAOB audit environments. Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Strong U.S. GAAP and consolidated financial reporting knowledge multi-entity accounting and intercompany elimination experience SEC 10-Q and 10-K reporting support PCAOB audit experience technical accounting research and documentation advanced Microsoft Excel ERP and financial-reporting system proficiency ability to review reconciliations and resolve accounting problems robust written and English communication skills ability to supervise remote accounting personnel and work with U.S. Central Time.
