Rippling - Lead Consultant - Enterprise Apps Area(s) of responsibility Required Skills &
Experience Hands-on experience with Rippling implementations and data migration .
Experience migrating data from Oracle HCM Cloud to Rippling , or from a comparable enterprise HCM platform into Rippling. Robust understanding of Oracle HCM data structures and effective-dated HR data.
Experience with Core HR, Compensation, Absence Management, and Recruiting data . Strong experience in data extraction, transformation, cleansing, migration, and reconciliation.
Experience with Oracle HCM Extracts, OTBI, HDL, REST APIs , or equivalent integration mechanisms.
Experience working with CSV/file-based interfaces, APIs, SQL, and data transformation tools . Ability to analyse large HR datasets and resolve data-quality and mapping issues.
Experience supporting SIT, UAT, mock conversions, cutover, go-live, and hypercare . Strong technical documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
