: Lead Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a U.S Healthcarefocused project in a agile client environment where requirements evolve frequently.

The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills, proven experience handling changing client needs, and hands-on expertise with Jira and Confluence.

This is a client-facing role requiring structured documentation, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate complex healthcare business needs into actionable technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to gather and analyze business

requirements
- Translate requirements into detailed BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and

process documentation
- Manage product backlog and sprint tracking in Jira
- Maintain structured and clear documentation in Confluence
- Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions,



and review sessions
- Handle frequent requirement changes with clarity and structured impact

analysis
- Support UAT planning and coordinate defect tracking
- Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams
- Ensure compliance awareness in healthcare workflows (HIPAA understanding

preferred)

Required Qualifications

- 10 to 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working on U.S healthcare domain projects (preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira & Confluence
- Experience managing frequently changing client requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (mandatory)
- Robust stakeholder management and client-facing experience
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
