Purpose/Objective

Contract Administrator – Airside is responsible for executing plans, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and protecting the interest of Company.

The Lead oversees the preparation, review, and modification of contracts, and works closely with Head-Contract Administrator, Asset Infra Head and other stakeholders to ensure that contracts are aligned with project goals and timelines.

Additionally, the Head provides guidance and support to team members to ensure effective contract management.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Administer Airside construction contracts from award till closure.
- Monitor adherence to contractual obligations, milestones and deliverables.
- Maintain complete contract records, correspondence and change management logs.
- Review and process contract amendments, variations and change orders.
- Verify contractor bills, IPCs and payment certifications.
- Monitor contract values, variations and budget utilization.
- Support preparation and evaluation of rate analysis and cost implications.
- Track contractual commitments and forecast commercial exposure.
- Identify potential contractual risks and entitlement events.
- Maintain records supporting EOT, prolongation and variation claims.
- Assist in evaluation of contractor claims and preparation of company responses.
- Coordinate with legal and project teams for dispute resolution.
- Liaise with Project, Planning, Engineering, Finance and Procurement teams.
- Support negotiations related to variations and contractual matters.
- Facilitate resolution of contractual and commercial matters.
- Prepare monthly contract status reports.
- Monitor key commercial KPIs and contractual compliance.
- Maintain dashboards for claims, variations, EOTs and payment status.
- Support internal and external audits.




- Support the Head – Contract Administrator and Asset Infra Head in strategic decision-making by providing detailed contract analysis and recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience

Required & Experience - Proven expertise in contract administration within the commercial real estate industry, with a minimum of 8+ years of experience.

- At least 5 years of experience managing multiple projects in airside works such as runway, apron, taxiway, AGL and utilities preferred.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills. Educational Background - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Contract Management is preferred.
- 10 to 14 years of experience in contract administration, with a focus on airside projects. Domain Expertise - In-depth knowledge of contract management principles and practices of infra structure projects, preferred for airport project domain.

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Expertise in handling contracts related to construction of terminal building, airside development etc. Digital & Operational Tools - Proficiency in contract management software such as SAP Ariba or Oracle Contract Management.

- Proficient in excel, Power BI and relevant tools. Leadership Capabilities - Drive collaboration across departments.

- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage relationships at all organizational levels.
- Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities to align contract management with business goals.
