Role Description This is a full-time role based in New Delhi, and offers exposure to a diverse range of disputes and proceedings across:

- District Courts, High Courts and Supreme Court
- DRT/DRAT and SARFAESI proceedings
- NCLT/NCLAT and insolvency matters
- Arbitration and commercial disputes
- Civil,



recovery and enforcement proceedings
- Section 138 NI Act matters
- Writs, appeals and other contentious matters
- Legal research, drafting and litigation strategy

We are looking for someone with strong legal fundamentals, sound procedural knowledge, excellent drafting and research skills, and a keen interest in litigation.

Qualifications

- Strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Ability to manage multiple matters, prioritize deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and professional communication skills, including client-facing interaction and collaborative teamwork.
- LLB or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution; enrollment with the Bar Council is mandatory.
- 3-6 year experience with a law firm or lawyer office.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and qualified integrity.
