Role Description The Language Trainer (French/German) will be responsible for delivering engaging, structured language classes to learners at various proficiency levels, focusing on listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Day-to-day tasks include planning lessons, preparing teaching materials, conducting classroom sessions, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will incorporate interactive activities, real-life scenarios, and digital tools to enhance communication skills and cultural understanding.

Additional responsibilities may include curriculum development,



maintaining learner records, collaborating with the academic team, and supporting workshops or language-related events. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Skillance Academy in Vadodara.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in French and/or German, with the ability to teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation at beginner to advanced levels.
- Experience in lesson planning, classroom instruction, and learner assessment, preferably in a language training or academic setting.
- Ability to use modern teaching tools, digital platforms, and interactive methods to create engaging and learner-centered sessions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on clear instruction, learner support, and inclusive classroom practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; relevant teaching certifications (e.g., language teaching diplomas) are an advantage.
- Previous experience teaching French or German to diverse age groups or professional learners is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to continuous improvement in teaching methods and course content.
- Comfort working in an in office academic environment in Vadodara and collaborating with cross-functional training and academic teams.
