We are looking for an experienced Laptop Technician with strong hands-on knowledge of laptop hardware, software troubleshooting, repair, and servicing.
The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of practical experience and preferably be located in or around Malad, Mumbai for convenient commuting.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair laptop hardware and software issues.
Troubleshoot laptop performance, booting, display, charging, and other technical problems.
Replace and upgrade components such as RAM, SSD, HDD, screens, keyboards, batteries, and motherboards.
Install and configure Windows and other required software.
Perform OS installation, driver installation, formatting, and software troubleshooting.
Conduct regular maintenance and testing of repaired laptops.
Ensure repaired devices are delivered within the committed timeline.
Handle customer queries and provide basic technical guidance.
Visit customer locations when required for on-site repair and technical support.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a Laptop/Computer/IT Technician.
Strong knowledge of laptop hardware and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of Windows installation, drivers, formatting, and software setup.
Ability to diagnose technical problems and find effective solutions.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Must be comfortable with field work and customer visits.
Candidates living in or near Malad, Mumbai will be preferred.
