Atlantaa Limited is looking for an experienced and technically proficient Land Surveyor with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in land surveying, construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects.

The candidate will be responsible for carrying out accurate land and site surveys, establishing reference points and benchmarks, preparing survey reports and drawings, and ensuring that all construction and development activities are executed as per approved drawings, coordinates, levels, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed land, topographical, boundary, and construction surveys.
- Establish and maintain survey control points, benchmarks, coordinates, and reference lines.
- Carry out setting-out activities for roads, buildings, structures, utilities, boundaries, and other project components.
- Verify site measurements, levels, dimensions, alignments, and coordinates against approved drawings.
- Prepare and maintain accurate survey records, field books, measurements, and reports.
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, and other relevant instruments.
- Coordinate with project engineers, architects, contractors, consultants, and site teams regarding survey requirements.
- Conduct as-built surveys and prepare relevant documentation.
- Identify discrepancies between site conditions and approved drawings and report them to the concerned project team.
- Assist in establishing property boundaries and verifying land dimensions wherever required.
- Calculate areas, distances, elevations, coordinates, and quantities from survey data.




- Review survey drawings and ensure consistency between drawings and actual site conditions.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all survey activities.
- Ensure surveying activities comply with project specifications, applicable standards, and safety requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve survey-related issues encountered during project execution.
- Support the project team during inspections, measurements, and verification activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma/Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Survey Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in land surveying/construction surveying.
- Robust knowledge of Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, and other surveying instruments.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation/interpretation of survey drawings.
- Good understanding of coordinates, levels, benchmarks, traversing, leveling, and setting-out procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret civil, architectural, structural, and site drawings.
- Strong knowledge of land measurement, topographical surveying, and boundary surveying.
- Good mathematical and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with site and engineering teams.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in infrastructure projects, large-scale land development, road projects, real estate development, or construction projects will be preferred.
