We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Land Acquisition Manager to join our team at Convate Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land acquisition and recruitment services, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective land acquisition strategies to meet business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify potential land acquisition opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, developers, and government agencies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with landowners and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of land acquisition projects.
- Monitor and report on land acquisition progress, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in land acquisition or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of the employment firm/recruitment industry and its trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of the recruitment process and its principles.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies is an asset.
