Language Counsellor – Kalol Experience: Minimum 2 Years Salary: As per Experience Incentives Job Type: Full-Time | Target-Based Key Responsibilities: Counsel students for IELTS, PTE, Duolingo, French & German courses. Handle calls, walk-ins, enquiries and regular follow-ups. Convert leads into successful enrolments.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets . Explain course fees, duration, batches and requirements. Maintain student and lead records in CRM/ERP. Coordinate with trainers and the International Affairs team.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of counselling experience . Solid communication and convincing skills. Target-oriented with good follow-up skills. Knowledge of language courses and study-abroad requirements preferred. English, Hindi & Gujarati preferred.
