New Indore Super Speciality Hospital, Depalpur is looking for an experienced Lab Technician to join our diagnostic laboratory team.

The candidate will be responsible for sample collection, performing routine laboratory investigations, operating laboratory equipment, maintaining accurate records, and following proper laboratory safety and quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect blood, urine, and other clinical samples from patients.
- Perform routine laboratory tests according to hospital protocols.
- Properly label, handle, process, and store patient samples.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Perform routine hematology, biochemistry, and other diagnostic investigations.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and laboratory reports.
- Follow quality control procedures to ensure accurate test results.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff regarding laboratory investigations.




- Maintain adequate stock of laboratory reagents and consumables.
- Follow proper biomedical waste disposal procedures.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.

Eligibility
- DMLT / BMLT or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant laboratory experience required.
- Experience in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of routine laboratory procedures and equipment.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work responsibly in a hospital environment.
