We are seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to assist in the processing and analysis of medical samples. You will work with pathologists to ensure accurate diagnostic results, maintain laboratory equipment, and uphold safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process blood, tissue, and fluid samples for testing.
- Perform laboratory tests.
- Document test results and maintain patient records.
- Follow safety and infection control guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and ensure lab supplies are available.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or Bachelor’s in Paramedical Technology (BPMT) with specialization in Laboratory Technology.
- 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or pathology lab (preferred).
- Solid understanding of lab safety, equipment, and protocols.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
