- Conduct experiments, tests, and demonstrations in laboratory settings to validate product performance and reliability.
- Assist engineers in designing, developing, and testing new products by providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of experimental results, data analysis, and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in lab operations.
Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience as a Lab Technician or similar role in electronics manufacturing industry.
- Solid knowledge of analog electronics, digital electronics, microprocessors, microcontrollers, embedded systems, communication system design principles.
- Experience with laboratory management software such as LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System).
- Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field.
