A Technical Operational and Consultancy role to maintain standard OEM Switching, Routing, and Wireless equipment (Cisco, Cisco Meraki, Huawei Enterprise LAN, AVAYA, Cisco DNA, Viptela) based on SOPs and ensure immediate escalation to competent authority to ensure uptimes. Also handles the Technical Architect/Solution Consultant role for global large-scale projects on the above OEM Network and Security products and technologies.

Responsibilities

- Maintain Switching, Routing, and Wireless equipment (Cisco, Cisco Meraki, Huawei Enterprise, AVAYA, Cisco DNA, Viptela) based on SOPs and ensure immediate escalation to ensure uptimes

- Act as Key SPOC for Critical and Major Incident management and Technical Escalations

- Support SME in Problem management, Change and Operational Project Management, and Patch and Release Management

- Handle Capacity Management, Knowledge Management (KEDB), and Documentation and Reporting

- Obtain resolution from third parties, Vendors/OEMs, and suppliers for faults

- Ensure Service Delivery as per agreed SOW/SLA

- Provide support to SME for RFO/RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and Preventive Maintenance

- Participate in Risk and Impact assessment

- Handle Technical Architect/Solution Consultant role for global large-scale projects on OEM Network and Security products

- Take initiatives in learning, certifications,



and evaluating new Networking Technologies and Tools

- Contribute to KEDB and MIS customer report preparation on technology

Requirements

- 6+ years of experience with at least 4 additional years of relevant hands-on experience

- Rich hands-on experience implementing Routing, Switching, and Wireless solutions (Cisco, AVAYA, ALu, Juniper, Aruba)

- Positive understanding and hands-on experience with routing technologies: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, VRRP

- Positive understanding and hands-on experience with switching technologies: STP, RSTP, VLANs, VPC, Link-Aggregation

- Good understanding of IPSEC, Firewall - Netscreen, SSG, SRX

- Excellent troubleshooting, analysing, and managing critical Incidents and Problem tickets

- Experience in designing POA for complex Change/Project

- Good knowledge of NMS and troubleshooting tools (PRIME/SolarWinds/DNAC)

- Good understanding of ITIL and best practices

Nice to Have

- CCNP/CCIE (Routing-Switching) certified

- Rich experience in handling Project Implementation
