Role Overview

Titan Company Limiteds People Function – Learning & Development team is seeking a passionate and creative Content Creation Intern to support the design and development of engaging learning content. This unpaid internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate and retail training environments, with a strong focus on customer experience, brand values, and professional development within a premium watches and lifestyle business.

This chance is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about storytelling, learning design,

communication, and people development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Development & Learning Design

Sensitivity: Internal
- Research, design, and create a wide range of learning assets such as: Short learning modules,

Articles and micro-learning content, Infographics, Presentation decks, and Scripts for short training and explainer videos
- Develop content that instils the values, service mindset, and behaviours required to deliver

exceptional customer experiences in a premium retail workplace.
1. Soft Skills & Behavioural Training Support

- Assist in developing and updating training materials focused on: Communication skills,

Customer service excellence, Professional conduct, Workplace effectiveness
- Adapt content for corporate as well as retail audiences.

1. Collaboration & Quality Control





- Work closely with the L&D; and Training teams to ensure content aligns with: Learning

objectives, Organisational culture, Titan’s brand guidelines
- Review and edit existing content for: Clarity, Consistency, Grammar, Alignment with modern

learning best practices

Eligibility / Qualifications

- Bachelor's or master’s in communications, Journalism, English, Human Resources or a

related field. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in the 2025 batch only considered:
- Solid interest in learning, training, content development, and people development

Skills & Competencies Required:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, grammar, and content quality
- Proficiency in: Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace
- Demonstrated creativity and ability to make learning content engaging and visually

appealing
- Basic understanding of instructional design principles is an added advantage
- Strong passion for customer service, learning, and professional development
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
