Experience:

6 8 Years

- Provide technical administration, configuration, and support for Kronos Workforce Management (UKG WFM).

- Configure and maintain Kronos WFM applications, interfaces, and technical components.

- Support integrations between Kronos and HR, Payroll, ERP, and other enterprise systems.

- Troubleshoot application, interface, data, and user-access issues.

- Work with APIs, web services, data interfaces, and integration processes as required.

- Analyze technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution.

- Support system enhancements, configuration changes, testing, deployment, and production releases.

- Work with business and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and support procedures.





- Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams and participate in incident, change, and problem management.
