About the Role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager – Sales to connect with entrepreneurs and businesses looking to source and import inventory directly from China through Importerr.com. The role primarily involves lead conversion, cold calling, requirement understanding, client handling, and guiding customers throughout the import process .

Key Responsibilities

- Make cold calls and outbound calls to potential clients and qualified leads.
- Follow up with customers who have inquired through the Importerr.com platform and convert them into paying clients.
- Understand the client's product, quantity, sourcing, pricing, and import requirements .
- Explain Importerr.com's services and guide clients through the end-to-end China import process .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, D2C brands, online sellers, retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers.
- Handle client queries, negotiations, follow-ups, and objections effectively.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer experience.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve sales and conversion targets .

Key Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, or Tele-sales .
- Strong experience in cold calling, lead conversion, follow-ups, and closing sales .
- Excellent communication and convincing/negotiation skills .
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Experience dealing with entrepreneurs, D2C brands, marketplace sellers, wholesalers, retailers, or manufacturers will be an advantage.
- E-commerce, marketplace, sourcing, import/export, or B2B experience is preferred.
- Solid target-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
- Good CRM, Excel, and basic reporting skills.
