We’re Hiring | Key Account Manager – South India | Food Ingredients Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad Experience: 8+ years Industry: Food Ingredients / Food Industry Function: Sales & Key Account Management We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager for a leading global Food Ingredients organization. The role will be responsible for building and expanding the Ice Cream business across South India , with a strong focus on Key Account Management, new business development and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities Manage and grow strategic customer accounts across Bakery, Dairy (Ice Cream) & Confectionery . Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across South India. Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to commercial closure .

Build strong relationships with key customers and understand their business/application requirements. Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions and customer development plans. Work closely with R&D;, Technical Services, Product Development, Marketing and Supply Chain teams.

Identify opportunities for new product development, applications and market expansion . Drive account growth, profitability and long-term customer relationships.



What We’re Looking For 8+ years of experience in Food Industry Sales , preferably in Food Ingredients.

Strong experience handling Ice Cream and Bakery accounts in South India . Strong understanding of the Food Ingredients market and customer applications . Proven hunter / business development mindset with experience in opening new accounts.

Strong Key Account

Management and relationship-building skills. Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets. Solid negotiation, communication and presentation skills. Willingness to travel extensively across South India.

Preferred Customer Exposure

Candidates who have handled relationships with accounts such as: Hatsun | Heritage | Milky Mist | Ideal | Hangyo | KMF | Lazza and have a strong understanding of the South Indian Ice Cream industry would be particularly relevant.
