You will spearhead Fleek's growth in India by identifying and onboarding high-volume vendors, from aggregators to wholesalers. By digitizing manual supply chains with AI-driven tools like FleekSort, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of key accounts, negotiating commercial terms and scaling inventory to meet the demands of 50,000 global buyers.

What You Will Do

- Source and close major Indian vendor accounts, aiming to build a portfolio averaging $35K+ in monthly GMV per account.
- Drive 30% month-on-month GMV growth in the Indian market while managing account health and bringing down vendor cancellation rates.
- Develop repeatable onboarding playbooks and use AI tools to scale account management efficiency beyond traditional industry standards.

The ideal candidate

- Has 3-5 years of experience in key account management or B2B growth,



ideally within marketplaces, e-commerce, or D2C sectors.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of proactive vendor acquisition and commercial negotiation, specifically regarding pricing, commissions, and payout terms.
- Possesses an AI-first mindset and a willingness to travel regularly to supply hubs and godowns across India to build deep relationships.
