As we expand our institutional business, we are looking for a Business Development Executive with a hunter mindset — someone who enjoys identifying current prospects, opening doors and creating qualified business opportunities.

What You’ll Own

- Identify high-potential companies across targeted industries.
- Research and connect with decision-makers across Purchase, Marketing, HR, Admin and Corporate Communications.
- Build prospects through LinkedIn, online research, industry directories, exhibitions, references and offline networks.
- Drive outbound engagement through calls, emails, LinkedIn and referrals.
- Qualify prospects, generate meetings and build a healthy opportunity pipeline.
- Maintain disciplined follow-ups and accurate CRM/MIS.
- Explore new industries and channels for business development.





What We’re Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline. MBA is welcome, but experience and demonstrated capability matter more.
- 5+ years in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, institutional sales or business development.
- Strong communication, research and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and approaching senior decision-makers.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, CRM and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Self-driven, persistent, organised and target-oriented.
- High standards of integrity, ownership and accountability.
