Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Kafka Admin with 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing and administering Apache Kafka environments. The candidate will be responsible for Kafka cluster setup, installation, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades. Kafka administration involves managing cluster resources such as brokers, topics, consumer groups, and configurations.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, install, configure, and maintain Apache Kafka clusters.
- Monitor Kafka clusters, brokers, topics, and overall system health.
- Perform Kafka version upgrades and configuration changes.
- Troubleshoot Kafka cluster, broker, replication, and performance-related issues.
- Manage Kafka topics, partitions, replicas, and consumer groups.
- Perform cluster health checks and routine maintenance.
- Monitor Kafka performance and identify potential issues.

Mandatory Skills

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Kafka Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Apache Kafka.
- Experience in Kafka cluster setup and installation.




- Experience in Kafka monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka upgrades/upgradation.
- Good understanding of Brokers, Topics, Partitions, Replication, and Consumer Groups.
- Valuable knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.

Education Qualification

- B.Tech/B.E./MCA/BCA/M.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
