As we scale our creative capabilities, we're looking for a Senior Video Editor to own and elevate our entire video production pipeline — someone who doesn't just edit, but leads.

The Role

As our Head Editor, you will be the creative and operational backbone of our video editing department. You will work directly with clients, manage a team of junior editors, and coordinate with external vendors we collaborate with.

You will drive the creative direction of our video output, introduce cutting-edge editing techniques and AI-powered tools to the team, and ensure every piece of content we deliver is of the highest standard.

This is not just an editing job — it is a leadership role for someone hungry to build and own a space.

What You'll OwnTeam & Workflow Leadership

- Lead and mentor a team of junior video editors, setting quality benchmarks and creative standards
- Manage day-to-day workflow allocation across internal editors and external vendor partners
- Develop and implement efficient post-production processes, SOPs, and timelines
- Review and provide structured feedback on all deliverables before final client submission

Creative Direction & Production
- Oversee end-to-end video production — from raw footage ingestion to final export and delivery
- Edit high-quality content across formats: reels, social media content, healthcare brand films, testimonials, explainers, and campaign videos
- Conduct colour grading, sound design, motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects to broadcast-ready standards
- Ensure all content is brand-consistent, on-message, and optimised for the relevant platform

AI & Innovation Integration




- Actively explore and integrate AI video generation tools (Higgsfield, Sora, Seedance, Veo 3.1, and emerging platforms) into the production workflow
- Train and upskill junior editors on new tools, techniques, and creative approaches
- Stay ahead of trends in healthcare content, social media formats, and post-production technology

Client Collaboration
- Participate in client briefings, reviews, and feedback calls — representing the video team with professionalism and transparent communication
- Translate client requirements into a defined creative brief for the editing team
- Manage client expectations on timelines, revisions, and deliverable quality

Required Skills & ExperienceTechnical Proficiency (Must Have)
- Adobe Premiere Pro — Advanced; primary NLE for all production work
- Adobe After Effects — Motion graphics, VFX, compositing
- DaVinci Resolve — Colour grading and advanced post-production
- CapCut — Fast-turnaround short-form content and social media edits
- AI Video Generation Tools — Hands-on experience with Higgsfield or similar platforms (Sora, Seedance, Veo 3.1) is a strong plus

Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional video editing experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or senior capacity
- Proven portfolio showcasing diverse content — short-form social media, brand films, reels, explainer videos
- Experience managing a team or reviewing others' edits is mandatory
- Experience in healthcare, medical, or wellness content is a strong advantage

Soft Skills




- Excellent verbal communication — you will speak directly with clients, present edits, explain revisions, and represent the brand
- Strong sense of creative ownership and accountability
- Collaborative team leader who can take and give constructive feedback
- Self-driven and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Adaptable, curious, and committed to continuous learning
