Role Description The Junior Urban Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This role involves supporting senior team members in preparing urban master plans, detailed urban design solutions, and town planning proposals.

Responsibilities include assisting in site analysis, data collection, and mapping; contributing to design concepts, drawings,



and presentations; and coordinating with architecture, landscape, and engineering teams to ensure integrated design outcomes.

The Junior Urban

Designer will also help prepare reports, diagrams, and visual materials for client meetings and regulatory submissions, while maintaining project documentation and adhering to relevant planning guidelines and sustainability standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Urban Planning and Comprehensive Planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Urban design.
- Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Architecture.
- Solid proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, GIS software, Adobe Creative Suite) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to interpret planning regulations, development control rules, and sustainability guidelines is an advantage.
- Effective communication skills, collaborative working style, and attention to detail are essential.
