Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Store Manager role based in Bhopal.

The Junior Store

Manager supports day-to-day store operations, including monitoring inventory levels, organizing spare parts and tools, and maintaining accurate stock records. The role involves coordinating with mechanics and service advisors to ensure required parts are available, managing purchase orders, and assisting with vendor follow-ups.

Manager helps keep the store area clean, safe, and well-organized, supports basic billing or documentation tasks,



and provides courteous assistance to customers and colleagues. The role may also include learning store management processes, supporting periodic audits, and assisting in implementing standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

- Inventory and store operations skills, including stock tracking, basic documentation, and organizing spare parts.
- Customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with colleagues, vendors, and customers.
- Basic computer and record-keeping skills, such as using spreadsheets or inventory software.
- Attention to detail and time management skills to handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to work on-site in a workshop setting and collaborate effectively with the service team.
- Prior experience in retail, automotive stores, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or diploma in storekeeping, logistics, or automotive-related fields is a plus.
