Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Store Executive located in Bhiwandi.

The Junior Store

Executive will assist in managing day-to-day store operations, including receiving, inspecting, and organizing inventory, maintaining accurate stock records, and updating inventory systems. The role involves coordinating with production and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials, preparing and issuing material requisitions, and supporting dispatch activities.

Executive will help maintain proper documentation, follow safety and quality procedures in the store area, and support periodic stock audits. The position requires regular interaction with internal stakeholders, clear communication of stock status, and active participation in process improvements to enhance store efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Retail and Commerce to manage store operations, inventory handling, and basic documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service and Sales to support internal stakeholders, address material-related queries, and facilitate smooth order fulfillment.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with production, procurement, and logistics teams.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, stock recording, and handling of materials in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for maintaining records and reports is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work with attention to detail, follow safety and quality procedures, and collaborate in a team-based environment is essential.
