We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Junior Steward for our Goan Seafood Restaurant to support front-of-house operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and service readiness in the dining area.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with table setup, serving food and beverages, and clearing tables.
- Support senior stewards and restaurant staff during service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area and service stations.
- Learn and understand the menu, particularly Goan seafood and fish preparations.
- Assist guests with basic menu and seafood-related queries.
- Follow restaurant service standards and hygiene procedures.
- Support smooth restaurant operations during busy service hours.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fresher or candidates with 0–1 year of restaurant experience.
- Candidates with experience in a Goan seafood/fish restaurant will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge or interest in Goan cuisine and seafood.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- Versatile to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
